Underground sewage treatment equipment achieves sewage purification through multi-stage collaborative action. Working principle:

1、 Preprocessing stage

Physical filtering

Wastewater is removed from large suspended particles (such as paper, sand, etc.) through devices such as grilles and sedimentation tanks to prevent subsequent equipment blockages.

Water quality regulation

Wastewater enters the regulating tank to achieve water balance and water quality stability, providing suitable conditions for subsequent biological treatment.


2、 Biological treatment stage (core process)

1. AO biological treatment process

Hypoxia zone (segment A)

Facultative microorganisms decompose organic nitrogen into NH3-N and use denitrification to reduce nitrate nitrogen (NO2-N, NO3-N) to nitrogen (N ₂), achieving denitrification.

Aerobic zone (O section)

Aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO ₂ and H ₂ O through oxidation, and complete nitrification reactions to convert NH3-N into nitrate.

Sludge reflux

Part of the sludge is returned to the anoxic zone to supplement microorganisms and enhance denitrification efficiency.


2. Anaerobic aerobic synergistic effect

Anaerobic treatment: Large organic molecules are hydrolyzed into small molecules, releasing methane and carbon dioxide.

Aerobic treatment: further degrade residual organic matter while removing ammonia nitrogen.


3、 Deep processing stage

Membrane Separation Technology (MBR Process)

Ultrafiltration/microfiltration membrane components intercept suspended solids and bacteria, improving effluent quality, COD、BOD、 The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen has significantly increased.

Precipitation and filtration

Remove residual suspended solids and color through sedimentation tanks, sand filtration, or activated carbon adsorption to ensure clear water quality.
