Experimental apparatus for olefin polymerization catalyst using rock characterization instrument

Mainly used for the research of polymerization reaction processes, the device mainly consists of a liquid feeding system, a polymerization reaction system, and a vacuum pumping system. The main pumps, instruments, and pipe valves of the device are all made of high-quality domestic brands, and non-standard materials are corrosion-resistant. The device adopts a PLC control system and is equipped with multi-level critical protection systems to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.


Experimental apparatus for olefin polymerization catalyst using rock characterization instrument

Device composition: Adopting a kettle reactor, two kettles are connected in series and divided into a liquid-phase treatment unit, a solid-phase treatment unit, and a solvent recovery unit

Gas feeding unit: standard gas path design, equipped with a gas filter before the pressure reducing valve, dual pressure gauges before and after the pressure reducing valve, installed on a panel. The nitrogen gas path can achieve nitrogen sealing, pressure replenishment, and pressurization operations

Reaction unit: The reaction kettle is a jacketed kettle equipped with a heating and cooling system. There is a position difference between the two reaction vessels, and the materials can flow by themselves or be pressurized, with no residue between the two vessels. In addition, both reactors are equipped with independent safety systems and pressure control systems, which can be operated independently and run safely and stably

Solvent recovery unit: equipped with two condensation reflux systems, capable of separating and recovering solvents
