Each heat exchange tube unit uses universal components, which can be freely combined if the processing technology needs to be changed. It is easy to disassemble and repair, and the cost of replacing components is low. Adopting spiral groove heat exchange tubes, both the inner and outer surfaces are strengthened and mirror polished, with high heat transfer efficiency, high overall heat recovery rate, low energy consumption, high pressure resistance, easy cleaning, and can work continuously for 8-12 hours, resulting in high production efficiency. Adopting imported PLC and touch screen human-machine interface, fully automatic operation, easy to master. This device is suitable for instantaneous ultra-high temperature sterilization of liquid products such as dairy products, fruit juice, beverages, etc. It can also be used for liquids with high viscosity and containing fibers and particles. When the equipment is used for liquid milk production, the production flow rate is controlled by the homogenizer. When used for juice and other beverage production, the production flow rate is automatically controlled by the flow control device in the feeding section.
