working principle

Start the program, the vacuum feeder starts, and the material is transported to the storage bin. When the storage bin is full, the weighing module reads the weight data of the measuring tank and performs digital to analog conversion through the PLC. The PLC obtains the current total weight of the measuring tank. At this time, the unloading screw starts to unload. At the same time, the PLC will perform dynamic subtraction calculation based on the current total weight of the measuring tank and the set single weighing weight, and monitor the current weight in real time. When the difference between the two data is equal to the set target weight (a compensation amount can be set here to compensate for the error caused by signal or action delay), the unloading screw immediately stops outputting, thus completing one weighing.
