The equipment structure consists of manual unloading bin, pressure resistant feeding platform, grille, storage bin, arch breaking vibrator, filtration system, dust collection system, anti blowing bag and other components. Suitable for unpacking, dispensing, screening, and unloading small bag materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. The unpacked materials enter the cone inside the feeding platform, and the overflowing dust can be prevented from flying around by the dust collection fan. Materials can be effectively intercepted by vibrating screens (inspection screens) to ensure that materials that meet the requirements fall into the storage bin at the bottom of the dust-free feeding station. The materials in the bin can be transported to downstream devices through negative pressure conveying systems or other methods, and dust-free operations can be achieved on site.
